LightBox has been funded in full through a grant from The Fledgling Fund. Through its Creative Media Initiative, The Fledgling Fund supports film, photography, web-based and printed media projects that have the power to stimulate social change. The Fledgling Fund is pleased to support LightBox, which not only bears witness to the issues faced by the young women of Binti Pamoja, but also demonstrates their resilience and hope. Because of The Fledgling Fund's grant, 100% of your tax-deductible donation to LightBox supports The Binti Pamoja Center Scholarship Fund, which helps Binti Pamoja members attend high school.
